Got in a 30 minute swim today at 24HR Fitness along with light core work out. Tomorrow am - getting up early to go to the spin class and run - then do it again in the evening. Should be in good shape headed into the weekend for 2 long runs and a long bike on the trainer at the house.
Achilles are both feeling good right now. I've been stretching and being careful. Can't build too quickly or I'll get sidelined. Gotta simply stick to the plan.
Had a good Sushi dinner this evening. Did laundry.
Hitting the rack - morning will be here shortly.
